Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Required 2-5 years Technical and Professional Experience.
- who will manage the application upgradation/migration project as well as BAU activities.
- Act as the day-to-day BAU activity interface into the Operational processes and is responsible for ensuring the execution of the process.
- Acting as a technical for EBPP (E-Bill Printing) application
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve the application issues and provide the root cause analysis as required.
- Since EBPP (E-Bill Printing) critical for client, so any technical/functional issues need to be address and resolve at the earliest to avoid any major escalation.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
- Graduate degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Electronics & telecommunication.
- Well experienced in Bill on CD , Bill on SMS, Bill on WhatsApp
- Good knowledge of Billing domain/PLSQL/SQL/UNIX
- Proficient in Telecom domain knowledge
- Proficient in technical and communication skills.
- Proficient in using MS Office tools.
- Good understanding of infrastructure technologies
