Professional & Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in ServiceNow.
  • Good To Have Skills: Experience with Linux, UNIX Shell Scripting.
  • Strong understanding of IT service management principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of incident management, problem management, and change management processes.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving application issues.
  • Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Additional Information

  • The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow.
  • This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
  • A 15 years full-time education is required.
