Job Role: Application Support Engineer
As an Application Support Engineer at Accenture, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing applications to ensure seamless functionality for users. Your primary goal will be to enhance system efficiency, minimize downtime, and provide technical support to clients.
Table of Contents
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to resolve issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and troubleshoot issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Develop and maintain scripts to automate routine tasks and improve system efficiency.
- Ensure system availability and performance by monitoring system logs and alerts, and taking proactive measures to prevent issues.
- Maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures for future reference.
Professional & Technical Skills
- Full stack development with C#, .NET, JavaScript, Typescript, APIs o AWS, Terraform (it is also referred to as IaC Infrastructure as Code), Lambdas o Knowledge of SQL, ability to create queries and understand databases o CI/CD Pipelines and Azure Dev Ops o Experience creating microservices
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently, as part of a team, and with business partners o Analytical, technical troubleshooting, diagnosing and problem-solving skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Quality and customer service oriented
Additional Information
- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. –
