Roles & Responsibilities

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Provide support to end-users and address their queries and concerns.
• Monitor application performance and stability, identifying and resolving any issues.
• Document and maintain technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides and knowledge base articles.
• Participate in the testing and deployment of application updates and enhancements.
• Proactively identify areas for improvement in application functionality and performance.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to application support.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft ASP.NET. –
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud technologies such as Azure or AWS.
• Strong understanding of software development principles and practices.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL queries.
• Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: –
• The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Microsoft ASP.NET.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full-time education is required.
