Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve issues within critical business systems.
Provide support to end-users and address their queries and concerns.
Contribute to the improvement of application performance and stability.
Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends to enhance application support services.
Professional & Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Vmware Virtualization Administration.
- Experience with Nutanix Administration.
- Strong understanding of virtualization technologies and concepts.
- Experience in managing and troubleshooting VMware virtualization environments.
- Knowledge of storage and networking concepts in virtualized environments.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and virtualization management tools.
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to virtualization.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Vmware Virtualization Administration.
- This position is based at our Pune office. – A 15 years full-time education is required.
