Roles & Responsibilities
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement cloud environments. – Automate the deployment and configuration of cloud environments using appropriate tools. – Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure and services.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of cloud environments.
- Ensure the security and compliance of cloud environments.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in cloud infrastructure management.
- Assist in the documentation of processes and procedures related to cloud environments.
Professional & Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management.
- Experience with Critical Incident Management.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and services.
- Experience in deploying and managing cloud environments using tools like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Knowledge of infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
Additional Information
The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management.
This position is based at our Gurugram office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
