About the Role
As a Support Engineer (DevOps) at Accenture, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our clients’ DevOps environments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of software applications, optimize performance, and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving the efficiency, reliability, and scalability of our clients’ IT infrastructures.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and troubleshoot issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
- Develop and maintain automated deployment pipelines using DevOps tools and technologies.
- Create and maintain scripts for automation of routine tasks using Shell Scripting.
- Manage source code using version control systems like GitHub.
- Ensure smooth functioning of the systems by monitoring and analyzing system performance and taking corrective actions as necessary.
Professional & Technical Skills
Must To Have Skills: Strong understanding of DevOps principles and experience with DevOps tools and technologies.
Good To Have Skills: Experience with Shell Scripting and GitHub.
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues within complex systems.
Experience in monitoring and analyzing system performance.
Experience in creating and maintaining scripts for automation of routine tasks.
