Job Description
The implementation of ServiceNow CSM solutions, including but not limited to case management, knowledge management, and self-service portals, is to be carried out.
Collaborate with the customers to identify their business requirements, goals and translate them into technical solutions
Create detailed technical design documents and assist with project planning and estimation
Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members, including code reviews and knowledge sharing
Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow releases and industry trends, and proactively suggest enhancements to improve the customer experience
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow CSM implementations
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including ServiceNow developers, project managers, and business analysts

- Proven track record of leading successful ServiceNow projects, particularly focusing on Customer Service Management (CSM)
- Good grasp of ServiceNow platform architecture and data model
- Proficient in technical skills such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting languages like GlideRecord and GlideSystem
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with customers and teams from different departments
- Possession of ServiceNow certifications in CSM and ITSM would be highly valued
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus
