Role Overview

As an Application Support Engineer at Accenture, you will be responsible for providing technical support for enterprise-level applications. Roles & Responsibilities

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.
Troubleshoot and resolve software issues reported by end-users.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve complex technical problems.
Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Contribute to the improvement of system performance and stability.
Document and maintain knowledge base articles for issue resolution and troubleshooting guides.

Professional & Technical Skills

Proficiency in Node.js.
Strong understanding of software development principles and practices.
Experience with troubleshooting and resolving software issues.
Knowledge of database systems and SQL queries.
Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Additional Information:
The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Node.js.
This position is based at our Kolkata office.
A 3 years full-time education is required.
